Marc Sacre QH offers isolation & Export services to the buyers
who want to bring their horse overseas.
Marc is at the Lancaster Event Center on Friday during the
sale preview. He can help you through the catalog and
watch/check every horse you are interested in without any
change. The day of the sale he can be your contact to buy a
horse over the phone or the internet without any charge for that
service. Catherine Sacre will be in Aachen at the DQHA Futurity
and can help you with the auction.
Our export rate is 4,550 USD per horse. This includes 30 days
isolation, paperwork and tests by our licensed veterinarian and
submission for approval to the USDA, transport from our facility
to Houston and flight with KLM to Amsterdam.
Transport from the sale to our facility can be provided by us
at 350 USD per horse.
In Amsterdam, Rob & Elise Veen of Animal Transport Services
will take care of the custom clearance and safe delivery of your
horse.
Cost 350 euro-ATV 6% on bill of sale - for geldings only: 11.5%
import duty + 95 euro.
They can provide transport to the final destination of your

- During the 30 days of isolation your horse will stay in
a 12' x 12' stall, bedded with pine pellets, lighted for 18
hours and blanketed if necessary.
- All stalls have a 24' x 12' turn out. Daily exercise on
a horse walker is provided and a daily turn out in a pasture
if necessary.
- Your horse will be fed with high protein alfalfa hay.
Purina Horsemen's Edge pellets twice a day and Sweet Pro, a
premium equine supplement. Each stall has an automatic
waterer.
Please advise us if your horse has specific dietary needs,
we will be happy to provide whatever your horse needs.
Grooming will be done on a regular basis. At the end of the
30 day period, your horse will receive a new halter and lead
rope prior to transport to the airport.
Prior to the start of the isolation of your horse, we will
need the following documents:
a. Signed isolation & export agreement.
b. Copy of the registration papers of the horse.
c. Copy of the bill of sale of the horse for custom
clearance at airport of destination.
d. Negative Coggins test (within 6 months).
e. EVA vaccination documents for the horse (if vaccinated
for EVA).
